They have two kind, one plastic and one hard clay, which is the one to get that would be better? Thanks! I'm at home depot now looking lol

Clay they dont tip over easy. Plus the clay one looks more shallow allowing better access

True thanks! Do you think 12 inch would be fine? The one I posted is 14 inch

Get the terra cotta one, not plastic.

The size you need depends on the size of your tortoise. I start babies with 4" saucers and use bigger ones as they grow.

I agree, plus it's getting to be end of season. Usually you can get them on sale or on clearance
True, it was only like 15 bucks for 2, when I read about the dangers of the crappy rep ramp bowl I had to return and switch to these. The ramp bowl is 32 compared to 15 for 2...

I think tortoises slip more easily on plastic, clay has more of a grip for them.
And it looks nicer, too. (IMO).
