I know I’ve provided a lot of written information on this forum regarding the proper rearing, general husbandry/diet, breeding and identification of Hermann’s tortoises, but lately I’ve been spending more time on YouTube making videos that cover many things regarding turtles and tortoises.
There’s been a lot of recent inquiries about identifying the subspecies of Hermann’s tortoises coming down the pipeline again so I’m posting this quick video as another way to offer help with this subject.
This video is only 3 and a half minutes but it covers a lot. It’s meant to go fast so pause at sections if needed. Hope it helps. All footage was taken right here.
