Ah! Figured it out!

At that point I thought I'd leave them to a bit of peace, and for some lovin' in the oven that was our garden this afternoon.

I got some other pics as well:
The new hinges are starting to become a bit less timid. They'll let me get to about 3ft away with their heads out and then go back when I get too close. Even so, I still got some pics:




And the reds were out too:




And finally a few pics of the more furry pets:


It all got a bit too warm for the dog, so he just decided to plow straight through the hedge and find himself a nice cool afternoon siesta spot.

Thanks everyone. The hinges need lots of plants, so it's been left to grow wild in that part of the enclosure. The rest of it is a fruit area, so they love climbing the gooseberry bushes.
