App seems to be down. Auto-update lastnight, now it is not functioning.

@cyan i can check our notification settings but as far as I know these are working properly. are you sure you have everything set up on your end?

@snaofreno the app will only go away if/when there is a replacement that is better than it. Have you tried our mobile-friendly re-design from your mobile or tablet browser? It's pretty awesome!

Josh; How do I get the mobile re-design you referred to? Do I have to install a new TF app? I sure don't want to lose all my current settings.
The iphone app I am currently using is fine but if there's a new improved one, how can I resist?

Is anyone else on the Android TFO app having issues with notifications?

Well, if I go to the notifications tab, they're all there. But sometimes I don't get the notification on my phone, outside of the app. (The little light goes on, the icon shows at the top of the screen, etc)

But Josh, my question is....will I get a brand new app or is it an update?
I have read all the glitches and am wondering if I will be better off keeping the current one.

@snaofreno it's not an app. It's a mobile-ready design for the regular site. In other words, you use the site like you would on a desktop but it automatically knows what size device you're using and adapts accordingly.

@tffnytorts I'll check our push notifications certificate. Are you on iOS or Android?
