Thermometer help

I recently purchased an 80 watt RHP from reptile basics for my outdoor tortoise enclosure. I don’t know what thermostat to get. Would you recommend something like a Zilla 1000 Watt Temperature Controller or a Vivarium Electronics VE-200. I was thinking the vivarium is good because it can record highs and lows but I don’t know if there’s a better option and just wanted someone else’s opinion.

I bought several of these when they were on a "flash Sale at Zen Hydro. Normally $20 (I think) the sale was for $12 or something like that so I bought a bunch of them, they are no doubt an Alibaba cheapo generic, but so far they have all worked well.
