Standards for pet products are different than for the human market.
That powder in particular is made to dust low-calcium insects...but using that technique, there really is no way to know how much calcium is being fed in any one meal.
The way things are labelled is also often a way to hide info from competitors ("proprietary" ingredients).
I would hope that Fluker's could tell you how many mg of calcium are in a teaspoon of their product, so contacting them is worthwhile. But the way they label the product makes it hard to use when you really need to know what you are doing.
This sounds sooo interesting…
I will try to call them tomorrow and find out.
I’m gonna come on here to let you know what they say.
Thank you so much again. ?
