Tortise poop

He's an African leopard, pardalis... I think I might need a vet, he still is not pooping and wants nothing to do with food Anyone know a good reptile vet in San Diego?

Thank you ... We've had him about 2 months ...Temperature controlled above 80° and humidity at ~90%give or take I'll try the other things for food and see how it goes... thank you! View attachment 216582

Where ? In the whole enclosure, day and night? This is too low. 90 F are better for this specie.
What about the temps of the basking spot ?
