Tortoise has not pooped in 2 weeks

I have a 3 year old female sulcata tort that has not pooped in 2 weeks! She is still eating normally and quite active. I have tried soaking her in warm baths daily but no poop yet!

I am worried she might be impacted or is it normal not to poop this long?. Any ideas or advice?

Her food usually consists of Mazuri pellets and hay.

There are many experts on sullies here just give them a little time they will get to you,I really hope your girl is ok,does she live outside in a enclosure?if you can you might want to take pics of the area she spends her time in and some of her also they can tall quite a bit from pictures,again I hope she is ok😟

Most likely she is eating it. Two weeks she probably wouldn't still be eating or active.
I would give her a long soak at least an hour unless she poops before then and put her the tub for the soak and keep water warm. The added space and walking should get her too poop.
How big is she and how big is the enclosure? Pics of both woukd help. If they don't have enough room, things like this can happen.
