Tortoise Vet in SoCal

Is anyone familiar with this vet?

James Isaacs, DVM, Encino Veterinary Clinic

He was listed on the CTTC website, but not the TFO vet list. My current vet is not a reptile specialist, so I'm looking for a new one in the San Fernando Valley. Isaac's office is very close to my house, so I'm hoping he's good. I called his office and the receptionist said he works with tortoises. Has anyone here used this vet that would recommend him?

I haven't, but Studio City Animal hospital has experience with Torts, and they are pretty close.

It's been a while... I think I saw somebody named Stein maybe? But I think they have a couple that are knowledgable.
