Seems like we are thinking on the same wave length.Seems like bioactive substrate is all the rage here on TFO lately so I decided to jump on the bandwagon. Today I revamped Marges enclosure a little. I added a bag of organic potting soil at the bottom of the enclosure. Then a layer of Cypress mulch on top of that. I also added about 15 earthworms, and 20 pill bugs to the enclosure. She's got some fake Ferns, live Pothos, and a nice leaf litter pile of fig leaves in case she tries to eat some in the corner under the Fern. I also spread some Chia seeds in the side with the water bowl and added some Spahgnum Moss to her hide.View attachment 263746 View attachment 263747 View attachment 263749 View attachment 263750 View attachment 263751
Ever since little Marge hatched she stays hidden. Every morning I have to take her out of her hide and place her in the food dish to eat. This morning for the first time I was surprised to find her out waiting at her food dish to be fed. Seems like she getting comfortable.
