Seems like bioactive substrate is all the rage here on TFO lately so I decided to jump on the bandwagon. Today I revamped Marges enclosure a little. I added a bag of organic potting soil at the bottom of the enclosure. Then a layer of Cypress mulch on top of that. I also added about 15 earthworms, and 20 pill bugs to the enclosure. She's got some fake Ferns, live Pothos, and a nice leaf litter pile of fig leaves in case she tries to eat some in the corner under the Fern. I also spread some Chia seeds in the side with the water bowl and added some Spahgnum Moss to her hide.IMG_20190131_144848389.jpg IMG_20190131_144840463.jpg IMG_20190131_144731563.jpg IMG_20190131_144756577.jpg IMG_20190131_144831739.jpg

Ever since little Marge hatched she stays hidden. Every morning I have to take her out of her hide and place her in the food dish to eat. This morning for the first time I was surprised to find her out waiting at her food dish to be fed. Seems like she getting comfortable.

And here is where it begins!!!! [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]She is so adorable! I love the way she is growing and the roundness on the front of her carapace now.
