Tree ID Please - Western Oregon

Anybody know what I've got in my yard? I just bought the house and want to get an ID.

Right now it is only a couple inches around so if its something unfavorable I'll just move/remove it.

Thanks! Now that you mention it it does look like a filbert (we still call them filberts around here) Glad to know I can leave it where it is (for now) and let the torts have access to it.
