I have TWO beautiful CB 3 toed box turtles for sale. They are approximately 1.5 inches long and were hatched in June 2007 and are perfect with no extra scutes.

They currently eat mostly live foods such as small meal worms, wax worms, & earth worms and are starting to eat Reptomin, dried crickets, dried shrimp, and various fruits and vegetables.

They are $50 EACH plus DHL overnight shipping which costs $30 to $45 depending on your zip code.

are extra scutes undesirable?

Extra scutes (the plates on a turtles shell) can happen if incubation temps are too high.

They don't hurt the turtle and are only cosmetic. Some people just like to have perfect looking shells on thier turtles and that's why I mentioned it in the ad. I have a few turtles in my own collection with extra scutes and they are fine.
