TX MEEs , my first tortoise species

Hello all, my name is Wes and I live in central TX. I keep/breed Ball Pythons. I have always wanted a tortoise, and I wish I found this species a lot sooner I would have jumped in sooner. I am completely infatuated with them. As well as living in TX it seems like people here enjoy this species. I got 3(about 8months old I believe he said) from Rowdy Reptiles , I am raising them in a 50G stock tub on my porch(while weather permits) I have already started on the adult enclosure which will be like a 90’ X 40’ enclosure. I just wanted to introduce myself and my Emys. I am so happy to have found this forum.

I love this species and would really like to have them if I had the additional space. Beautiful! I find that clay plant saucers work great for baths and soaking.
