I've heard it's too expensive (Uber, anyway) for the average party who want a lift after a bit of drinking.
To be honest, I would be incredibly nervous getting into some stranger's car, (man, I've heard stories about the drivers, too
) so I suppose someday I'd maybe try it, but let's just postpone that for a while

We've taken Uber a handful of times, always a pleasant experience. The cars are much cleaner than cabs and smell much better! Also, fees are lower when compared to cabs. Watch out for peak hours though - the fee can go much higher but the app provides a fare estimate.
I know people who have used it, but I have no personal experience. No bad stories to report.
We've used Uber quite a few times and to be honest, never had a bad experience.
