Think it's from substrate or should I deworm her? 8.5lb sulcata substrate cypress mulch

Not a type if worm I have ever seen an animal poop out or have. So, I would not worm. However, just so you know, pumpkin, seeds and all are a natural dewormer. If your tort is small, grind it all up and feed. If your tort is large, just break one open and let him go to town on it.

It almost looks like a maggot or wax worm I would fish with. I appreciate the education from Wellington on the pumpkin being a natural dewormer. Great to know.

I was trying to figure out why I was finding moths in my house when it looks like this outside....

Come to find out, it was the worms I've been finding in the substrate! They go to the top of the enclosure and become moths in a few days!
