Here are the three torteteers about 1 month old feasting in a desert size paper plate. I took this picture today 4-20-08

All three are doing great have good appetites and are active. However Dotsy is the inquisitive climber. She used one of her siblings to climb up on and got stuck in the bars of a smaller cage. I found her hanging there. But she was fine, a little stressed as she had peed all over the paper towels she was on. So I had to move them into the larger Rabbit cage so she couldn't reach the bars even if she climbed on both siblings. And they love the Aspen they are on now.

They are sooooo cute!!!!! You should name the other two flopsy and mopsy :) When I use my rabbit cage I put the picture backing for fish aquariums about 6" up around all the sides so they don't see out, It keeps mine from trying to climb out the bars, and also helps keep the drafts out. They are all looking so good and extremely cute!!! I am picking up 2 female russians tomorrow and they have already laid there first clutch this season, so I am hoping I get more from them...Yeah!!!!!

Thanks, Dee, Carolyn, Kelly and Jen, They are fun to watch and very active. The Rabbit cage is so big they can't even come close to seeing above the solid plastic the bottom even if they stood on each other. They are setting in the large inside table I have for Echo and Ajax (mom and dad). So they are away from drafts and get the MVB during the day and IR lamps at night. When the weather is nice they go outside during the day. I am having so much fun watching them and Comet. I will have to take a pic of them when they are all awake in their Rabbit cage to give a size comparison. I am also trying to set up a family portrait. Wish me luck.

Not yet Jen, I haven't even thought about it yet. I am open to suggestions.
