Vents or no vents?

I'm going to build a 8x4x2 ft closed chamber enclosure and was wondering if I need to install vents into it?

No. You won't be able to make it completely air tight so it isn't a problem. If you do, you don't want more than a few small holes otherwise all the heat and humidity will escape
