Very little black surger ants!?

There are small black surger ants in my baby tortoise enclosure, are dangerous even if they are very very small?

I've always called those grease ants because they seem to be attracted to spilled oil or grease in the kitchen.

No, black ants aren't a danger to your tortoise, but if you keep any spilled, leftover food picked up, they'll stop coming.
