Visited friends in Chicago

Some of our very close friends recently moved to Chicago, so my family & I went to see them, and stopped by Frank Loid Right's house and the Chicago Botanical Gardens. (Also went to the Shedd Aquarium, but you aren't allowed to take pictures!)

Very nice looking weeping willow... This sweet grapvine... I couldn't help imagining where I would put that if I could have taken it

Monarch... This tree in from of Frank Loid Right's house is over 200yo, was very cool.
Frank Loid Right's house... SO COOL inside. Really.

Bonsai island at the gardens.

The gardens were gorgeous. I ascended to plant heaven for a few hours!

Nope you didn't see me, at least not at those places recently.
They wouldn't let you take pics at the shed? That's new, I wonder when they started that. Always used too. Looks like you seen some great places. Hope you got to see downtown. Most beautiful big city ever in my opionion. Hope you had a great time.

Nope, or I would've, they were some great aquatic turtle areas!
Yes! The traffic was insane. Would not have the patience to deal with it all the time!
