Want radiated tortoise in Washington State

I think radiated tortoise is only allowed to be sold inside the state. I am a Washington state resident. Does any breeder sell the radiated tortoise in Washington state?

Correct my if I'm wrong, but I believe you can purchase Radiated Tortoises out of state, but a permit must be obtained for it to be legal. I'm sure you'll be able to find a Washington breeder here on the forum.

You can buy a radiated tortoise from another state if you have a CBW Permit. No permit needed for purchase in your own state.
