Weeds?

Do you know if this weeds are safe?

The yellow flower ones look like dandelion. But pic kinda blurry. I do think I seen dandelion leaves. The other looks like a type of grass, that I don't know the name of. I think they are fine. However, you can also see if they are listed on the tortoisetable.org. They have pictures to match them up.

The plant in the first picture looks like prickly lettuce. My tortoises LOVE it.
