Weird boil on tortoise's head !???

Hey guys so there is this weird Boyle throng in my tortoises head that is preventing her from opening her right eye. U can see it beginning to form on in my profile picture but here are some pictures of what it looks like now. Does anyone have any idea what this is?

This is the tortoise where the beak fell off I think?

It has big health problems.

Where have you got to with sorting out the enclosure and lighting? Pictures would help us.

Do you have a compact UVB bulb? These frequently cause eye problems. You need tube UVB or a Mercury Vapor Bulb.

Realistically, given the other health issues this tortoise has at the moment, this requires a further visit to a good vet experienced with tortoises.

Is there a chance that you got it from a not so good breeder? Where did you buy it?
