What’s this on tortoises plastron?

Could be scrape marks as it climbs over a ceramic tile or feed dish or into and out of a house or hide.

Tortoise type? Age?
Is it kept in a small or large enclosure or tortoise table.

I can’t think of anything that would scrape him in that particular way.
He’s a 2 year old Hermann and I currently keep him in a 115 x 49cm vivarium however I will be upgrading very soon to hopefully a 180 x 65cm table.

Whatever caused it, it looks superficial to me also. I wouldn't be concerned.
