What age/size do indian star tortoise start breeding?

Hi, i have a few indian star tortoises, i would like to know what is the suitable size or age for them to be matured enough to start breeding.

Size is more relevant than age for tortoises. For indian the smallest female laying eggs I've heard of is 6 inches and males can start mounting as small as 4 inches. Having said that, it doesn't mean the eggs will be viable/fertile as most first time eggs usually aren't.
