Honestly, whatever will grow. South Florida should have a ton of stuff that’s good for a Russian; I’m not sure about redfoots. Some of it is probably already growing near you. Start here: https://myfwc.com/wildlifehabitats/wildlife/gopher-tortoise/help/plant-guide/south-region/ and if you see something you have, do a search for that plant on this forum to see what other owners experience are with it. Hibiscus is a common one you’ll probably find.

Russians won’t eat grass so ignore those.

Thanks I have a hibiscus plant in my enclosure I usually feed that to them

I second the plantain. My guys also love cats ear, chick weed, bitter cress, clover, dandelion and sow thistle.
