The people who can tell you the sex will need pics of the plastron. If it's flush, most likely female, males have a sunken in (concave) plastron. The experts can also look at other parts to tell you.

We need to see the tail and anal scutes to know the sex.

There is no way to know the age. Growth rates can vary wildly. Could be 20 years old or 2.
