I posted a picture but it didn't upload and I didn't have it saved the white too looking thing was not connected to the poop it looked like wet paper towels but problem is I never used paper towel to clean him @Yvonne G

Sounds like urates, search the forum and see if that's what your tort produced

Is it sort of like toothpaste in consistency ?
If so, it's fine, just make sure he is well hydrated.
Only if it's sort of crystalline do you need to worry.
