What kind of tortoise/turtle is this

This little girl came into my hospital after being attacked by a dog. She is ok and we are sending her to a rehaber but I was wondering what species she was. Im not sure if I can upload a pic from my phone. She has a brown shell with black legs. She wont put her head out. She weighs 3lbs and was found in dunedin, fl in a backyard

It wouldnt load from my camera but it is a gopher tortoise. We gave her a pain injection and she is feeling much better

i gave it an injection of buprenex or buprenorphine. she seemed to feel much better after, walking around and trying to escape. She went to the rehaber this morning.
