What kind of turtle/tortoise is this?

Just curious, I saw this on craigslist, and I’ve seen this species somewhere, but can’t remember what it is. Anyone?

The light head is reminiscent of Indotestudo elongata, but I can't tell from the pic and it gets blurry when you zoom in. It may also be a gopher tortoise coming from that area, but I don't have experience with that species, so I don't know how to recognize a baby.

Just got my magnifying glass out and looked at the pictures closely. The tortoise DOES seem to have the long, narrow nuchal scute which is indicative of Indotestudo elongata as Tom mentioned.
