What size vivarium should I get for a Russian tortoise?

Hi I currently have a 36 X 18 X 18 vivarium but I’m thinking about upgrading to a 48 X 24 X 18. Would this be big enough for a fully grown Russian tortoise?

An adult Russian needs something around 4x8'. You'd need four of the larger size enclosure all connect to make this.
