I feed my torts some kibble 1-2 times a week, but try to think of it more as a supplement than a major constituent of their diets... I feed Mazuria and Zoo-Med.

Fresh us best and your priority. Speedy gets about 5 small pellets a day soaked in water which he really enjoys and eats first! I use mix of habistat banana and dandelion also add a small amount of calcium powder to fresh leaves and weeds inc dandelion flowers

Look at swell reptiles online.

I am getting a Western Hermann's tortoise. I am currently focusing on food, and right now of the pelleted sort. I have decided to use either:

HabiStat Meadow: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08YX4JWMB/?tag=

Pro Rep Fruit and Flower (is their flower): https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07TMX24DN/?tag=

ZooMed: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B007TUIVY6/?tag=

Exo Terra: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B008DXV63Q/?tag=

I am in UK so I cannot purchase Mazuri
Diet is explained in the care sheet that Sarah linked. Most of the care info given from pet shops, breeders, vets, and the internet is all wrong. Read that care sheet. Questions are welcome.

You can buy Nutrazu online, that's the European version of Mazuri. I tried the pellets sold by Pets at Home and the Komodo brand from the Range before going for the more expensive Nutrazu to try to add to his diet over winter but my leopard won't touch any even when softened with water.
Pellets should only be used as a supplement and not a regular food . There is a good list of food in the caresheet and www.thetortoisetable.org.uk is a good guide to finding safe and nutritional leafy foods.
When I can't get weeds some of the shops sell salad bags with better mixes of leaves.
