What succulent is this is?

I have seen something like this or the exact same thing in tortoises enclosures online (pictures below) and they just eat away at it as it grows. I've used Google lens and some other third part plant id apps but not sure about their results. Thought I'd double check here. They say 'dischidia'
Or is the above pic something else?

Hmmm...it looks like an Elephant bush (Portulacaria species) to me. I believe it is also called dwarf jade if I’m not mistaken.

Jade family; Crassula Ovata. Common Jade :)

Edit- oops... I meant to quote Yvonne, but yeah! Haha.

Google searching "crassula ovata" can be misleading because it brings up a lot of pictures of different kinds of jades. I attached pics below of two of mine, both are common jades. The one with white stripes is variegated, it's just a pigmentation difference (kind of like albinism), but otherwise it's the same thing.
