What wood should I use?

So I want to build an enclosure not a table. I want to build
a cabinet or dresser sort of enclosure. like the shape of a fish tank.
Something you would put a monitor inside of walls on all sides but with a glass sliding front. http://www.tortoiseforum.org/Thread-where-can-I-get-a-cage-like-this#axzz1zuV9j4pA a cage like that one.What kind of would should i use to build it to make it safe for my tortoise. That enclosure is way to nice haha.

If I somehow get an unsafe wood and I were to spray it with a sealant. Does that make it safe becuse its sealed?

I would not use red cedar nor pine....there are safer woods ;

Now, I am aware that this site is targeted with birds in mind however, it is the best list of common woods that are "usually" less of a problem and the ones that are "usually" more of a problem
