I can't help you with many of these, but I know pothos is slightly toxic to mammals... English ivy is also toxic to mammals... and while it's to mammals, I wouldn't trust them because of their toxicity.
Cactus is delicious, but you still have to be cautious. Prickly pear cactus is great, just take the spines out.
I know jade is 'okay', but not a favorite.
That's not very helpful :( hopefully someone can tell you more :D

Pothos, in limited amounts, except for M. impressa for which it is a staple. Fern is safe. Some succulents are OK, check on individual basis. Many cacti are OK, some are decidedly not! The others listed are suspect as they are toxic to other animals.

Pothos is relatively safe.
All the others (including the fern) should be considered toxic, and left out of animal enclosures. None are dangerously toxic.
Remember that commercial houseplant growers use a bunch of toxic pesticides and fungicides on their plants. These will take many months to loose their toxic properties.
Is is not wise to make sweeping statements about cacti or succulents: some are highly toxic, some are edible. Maybe the most sweeping statement I would offer is that most will not do well in the low-light environment that the typical tortoise keeper has in the house.
