are white proso millet seeds or sprouts safe for torts to eat?

It's a grain...so probably not the best for any tort I can think of. What species are you thinking of though?

is it safe for baby leopards, sulcatas, or redfoots? little sprouts started growing after i misted the substate and they occasionally eat the leaves.
