I put heating pad in my sulcata tortoises space because its the winter months and its cold (I try to take it out during warm days). He sleeps alot but i figure its because he is in hibernation mode. I did notice he has been a lot dryer and am giving him more baths, and giving him some watery food. I dont know how to control humidity in there(if you could give some help on that too it would be cool).

I noticed a white spot on his little nose and was hoping you guys had something to say about it because i hope its not something horribly bad :(

Nose...looks like he lost a scale is all :D

Sulcata don't brumate in the sense of the word...so if he is slowed down suddenly I would check your enclosure temps...

If you cover a majority of the top of your enclosure you will find the humidity will rise (if you are adding water/mist to the enclosure from time to time)...but it you are going to use high humidity method please do not let the temps drop below 80 day or night...
