I agree a good reptile vet fecal needs to be done. Most likely an over abundance of parasites if he smelled so bad.

Yes, the baffling thing is the stink isn't always present everyday & on most of the times none. He has always ate normally with a decent appetite since day one, someone at the forum mentioned he had unusual dark patches on it's plastron which I never suspected or aware anything bad about that.
