Wild Mushrooms??

So I caught a couple of these mushrooms growing in my enclosure. And I think my reds ate some. They seem perfectly fine but I'm worried they could get sick from them.

Also I'm not sure if the mushrooms just popped out of the dirt naturally, or if the spores from my oyster mushroom plant (in the other room) made it to the enclosure.

What signs should I look for in my torts if they're sick from them?

Tremors, paralysis or death.

Mushrooms can be VERY difficult to ID and some of them are VERY toxic. I would pull them out and keep a close eye out for more to pop up.

Ok thanks. I dug up and replaced the soil there. I'll keep a close eye on my babies.
