My first Homes would only eat banana also. I went and bought some banana baby food to lightly coat her food in. This worked really well and then I started buying the baby food with banana and other fruit so the banana was not as strong then slowly started reducing the amount of baby food. She will now eat with no problem with no banana at all. This took almost a year to achieve though.
