Hi, can I get some advice please. I have a approx one year old tortoise, had him for two weeks. I read on this forum they can get worms when it gets out of control internally. Im just wondering do I deworm him as a preventative measure even I havent seen any worms? I bought this (pictutes attached) and I wonder if its safe. If he does need it, when I use it on him will he pass the dead worms in his feaces? (I got a bad phobia of worms:oops:) Thank youuScreenshot_20190607-132136.png Screenshot_20190607-132136.png Screenshot_20190607-132143.png

If you have not seen worms, then I would recommend not worrying about deworming.

If your tortoise has worms, then I would suggest taking it to a veterinarian who can test a fecal sample to see what types of parasites are present, and the severity. Then they can diagnose the proper dosage of medication. They also would prescribe better deworming medications.

I don't think it should be used unless he has worms
