Depends upon what size your tortoise is. It may not be big enough for a full grown tortoise.

He is a 9 years old greek tortoise. Is a closed chamber solution like this ok for a greek? I have had an open tortoise table until now.

A juvenile/adult of the smaller species needs a minimum of 4 x 8 feet (approx 1.5 x 2.5 m) but the bigger the better. So unfortunately I think that is way too small for your tort to have the space he needs to roam about and exercise.
