Would this kind of enclosure work for a baby RT??

1642210163786.png It is a 4ft x 2ft bin for plants that's made out of willow.

It isn't made out of glass and it seems to have good ventilation. Adding a hot spot + UVB will be tricky but doable.

I s'pose one could make it work, however, it would be difficult to provide the humidity and warmth a baby needs.

I would say absolutely not. You need a plastic container and you need to enclose it to maintain humidity. You can use plexi glass to maintain humidity on the top with a double dome light fixture one light for uvb the other for basking that has uva. Please make sure you give daily soaks, enough leafy greens, and that the temps remain in the high 90s
