Yawing of tortoise.

my baby tortoise yawns and make a 'click"sound.its only been 2 days that I saw this prob in him.does he have any health issue?he's eating well...and also activr .but im worried by this strange symptoms.

I think all or most torts yawn. Mine does. I have read that some make clicking noises. Mine doesn't.
What type is your tortoise? How long have you had your baby? How old is he or she? How often does the yawning and clicking happen? What is your set up like (enclosure, lights, heat, humidity, etc)? What do you feed your tort? There are lots of experts who can help here if there is a problem but they'll need more info.
