I knew NOTHING about torts when I found this forum in January of this year & not a whole lot about turtles either. I would guess the same for the majority of Americans. A lot of these scammers either live in Mom's basement or overseas. Some are good at it after years of practice; some aren't. This scammer needs to study here if he wants to be successful.
