Yellow footed tortoise laying around?

Hey guys. I just posted about building a new cage for my tortoise but this is different. Tiger is just laying in the corner of her tank, near the basking light. My room hasn't gotten too cold but it is winter. We feed her every other day and she is eating but that's the extent of her movement. She just laying in the corner usually head semi retracted, but more out. If I touch her back legs she moves and when I spray her with water she will react. Also if I move her to the middle, I will usually find her back in the corner. This has been going on for the past 3-4 days. Should I be worried?

What is your room temp? Has it dropped by few degrees in past few days?

How big is the enclosure?

Any more info on the temps would be nice too.

Not that much. Maybe by 1 OE 2 degrees

Tortoise is 10.5 inches about.

Enclosure is too small for her. I'm building a new one soon. Even though its too small I've never seen her do this before.

Temperature in my room is around to 72 and her enclosure us usually around 76

Can you get a higher wattage basking light? To compensate for cooler temps.
