Yellow Skin Blotch?

Hello. Our hatchling is a little over 2 months and we noticed this yellow spot on Kobe’s neck when he reaches out. Kobe’s doing great. Eats ,poops, and pee checks out ok. Very very active and alert. I tried to see if it would rub off with a wet q-tip, but no luck. We’re hoping it’s just a skin blemish he will outgrow. Any ideas on what it might be?

Looks like a stain from a food source/ substrate or something else. Have you tried putting water on the area? My Sulcatas whole head will stain a greenish/ brown color depending on what I feed him and how much water the food contains.

I will try more water and see. It does look like a drop of something.
