this is not a fungus. gentamycin will do nothing for this. its a bacterial infection called austwickia. so far there is no known good cure just ways to supress it and it remains contagious, and will infect most of not all tissues inside their body. also be on the lookout for toenails falling off (usually on the back feet), edema (swelling), changes in the facial structure, and not gaining weight.

if this is austwickia they will continue to eat like nothing is wrong unless part of the beak falls off. they will eat totally normally. the only time they dont eat is if part of the face falls off and they can not eat properly. without seeing them in hand again i can not be 1000% sure but it def looks like the same thing.

Please follow @Toddrickfl1 advice and read about yellow spot disease / austwickia. There are many other posts on this topic including several from the past few weeks/months. Unless you can rule out Austwickia it is very important that you keep it away from other tortoises and all other reptiles including lizards.
In another recent thread @mastershake stated that it was not transmittable to humans.

No. Practice excellent hand washing and hygiene so that it does not get spread into the environment (and to other captive reptiles or local wild reptiles).

Bleach does not kill it - you need to use an ammonia-based cleaner for surfaces and dishes.

I am skeptical it was bred here in Indonesia. They are farming sulcatta heavily in Vietnam and other parts of Asia and right now imports are the ones flooding pet shops and markets in Jakarta. Not the case for other species, and not to say it's impossible that it was locally bred.
Please answer my PM in the morning. We should inform BKSDA Jakarta and local tortoise groups. There is no @mastershake in Indonesia, so it is completely unknown here.
