How would I go about making an outdoor enclosure for my little redfoots This summer? I want them to be outside and get natural sunlight, but I'm not sure how I would do that. I live in Michigan and I don't know how I would keep the humidity levels they need because they're still tiny. Is it possible?

I'm no expert, but I put a humid hide out there for them. Get a black plastic dish washing bucket (really cheap) cut a small hole in it and they can use it as a hide. Fill with coco coir or sphagnum moss and keep it damp. If they are really small bring them in at night and have them sleep in a closed chamber

What are your current daytime temps? I'm wondering if it"s not too cold for them outside.
What kind of set up are they in, indoors?

I apologize! I thought you wanted to put them outside now
For my Redfoots, a mister goes off multiple times a day, in the warmest area of their outdoor enclosure. The evaporation of this water on the warm ground produces a nice level of humidity.
I use Mist King. A sprinkler system going off in the same, warm area would be great.

ImageUploadedByTortForum1386117039.495678.jpg. This is for my Redfoot babies. For this little enclosure, I put them outside when it is nice and warm out. I water it by hand and cover it with a wood frame and hardware cloth, made by my husband.

This enclosure took time to build, which obviously can be modified. The misters are attached to the top.

These are pictures of the construction of the big enclosure that will last many, many years. Looking at the pictures reminds me that there is a sprinkler system in the ground for the plants. It goes off every other day. I guess a system just like this could go off a couple of times daily and work just fine.
This large project was completed last month.

I hope it gives you idea's.
