Ever wonder what happened to that Pacific Pond Turtle (Actinemys marmorata) with the horrible shell rot? Well, it got worse, and in two of them. However, as they say, sometimes things must get worse before they get better. Treating these animals was probably one of the most heart wrenching thing I have ever done, and it is starting to pay off. They have put on weight and the infected areas have begun to heal and harden.

WOW, I think I missed the first post about that poor fella. Glad things are improving.

I forgot about that, I remember the pictures perfectly. I'm sure it was a good learning experience, though.

Side note, my 2.2 blandings are coming tomorrow, inspired by you.

Sweet! My finder's fee for your blandingii idea was just repayment for your helping me calm down on that night when I first realized the severity of this PPT situation.

Remember me when you breed your Blanding's though :)
