In the two years I've had her she has changed so much. I adore her and can't wait to see her full grown (':

I was told she was sold as a hatchling in April 2011 so she was probably 6 months - a year at that point. I received her August 2012 and her shell has changed so much! She's easily doubled her size although i don't know her current weight because i don't have a big enough scale, haha. She had quite a bit of pyramiding from her previous owner that's evened out now but will always be there.

During the summer i try to feed her exclusively weeds from my UNTREATED yard, clover, dandelion, plantain, grass, mulberry leaves, rose petals and leaves. I also have a giant garden with many edible plants among them. I buy store bought organic greens from a farmers market including collard, mustard and turnip greens, escarole, kale, endive and water cress. But her favorite is mazuri! She will hold out until i give her some with her greens. I usually just give her a couple pellets with the greens then other days i give her just mazuri. She use to refuse greens for it but she's gotten over that, thankfully, haha.
